Goods ordered on a working day are shipped within 24 hours. If you place an order before 12:30 p.m., we will ship on the same day (working day). It is possible to pick up the goods in person directly from our warehouse in Wroclaw from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

*A custom shipment is a shipment that meets one of the following conditions:
- weight exceeds 31,5 kg
- the largest dimension is > 175 cm
- total dimension, i.e. (height + width + length) > 300 cm
** To each standing cabinet with base dimensions of 600/600 or 600/800 and hight 22U up to 42U inclusive we add transport costs of 75 PLN net, regardless of the order value (total invoice amount).
*** To each standing cabinet with base dimensions of 800/800 or more, we charge transport costs of 120 PLN net, regardless of the order value (total invoice amount).

Transport costs are added to the current invoice.
We provide transport delivery services by our own transport within the city of Wroclaw. The delivery service to the agreed place does not include its unloading.
Cost of service: 60 zł netto
Costs and terms of delivery outside the borders of Poland are agreed with the customer individually.

In case of external damage to the parcel, partial lack of it or other inconsistencies with the waybill, please describe this fact in the presence of the courier on the waybill. Additionally, it is necessary to prepare a damage report and report the situation by sending an e-mail to the following address: email@example.com
In case of any shortage of goods in the delivery or other discrepancies, please contact us immediately.
An absolute condition for considering a complaint is to inform our company about the damage or irregularities within 3 days of receipt of the shipment.
